Patients
need to check in at the front desk. They will receive a
form with insurance and demographic information they need to
verify, making changes if necessary. On your first
appointment to Medical Associates, you will be asked for basic
information to establish your patient account.
A
patient flow coordinator takes patients to their physician's
pod, collects the verified form and insurance card(s).
Following the appointment, the patient also checks out in their
physicians pod.
