 Charges
are payable at the time treatment or services are given.
Patients with insurance are expected to pay the amount of their
insurance co-pay at the time of service. Patients without
insurance are expected to pay in full the day services are
provided. We realize medical services are not always planned
for, in these situations payment plans are available. Please
contact our office at (712) 546-3601 to talk to our
representative.
Billing statements are sent out monthly
and charges are itemized and explained for the last two months
the services occurred. Acceptable methods of payment are as
follows: 1) Cash
2) Check
3) Visa, MasterCard
